X-Points from XTRI World Tour

Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to the Tribe and the X-Points System. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of X-Points. By using our system, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

Subscription and Payment:

1.1.  You must have a valid subscription to participate in the X-Points System. As of February 20th 2023 these options are:

1. Tribe Entry – FREE – Collect points and have them tracked for 2 years (rolling) *Subject to renewal.

2. Tribe Core – PAID – Claim early sign-up bonus, collect points and have them tracked for 3 years (rolling). *Subject to renewal.

3. Tribe Xtreme – PAID – Claim Starting Balance and early sign up bonus, collect points and have them tracked for as long as you remain a member.

1.2. The subscription fee is non-refundable.

1.3. We reserve the right to change the subscription fee, but we will notify you in advance.

1.4. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the subscription period. If cancelled your points will no longer be tracked.

Collection of Points:

2.1. Athletes will collect X-Points by finishing races or via other XTRI World Tour products and services.

2.2. The number of X-Points awarded will be based on the individual race and is dynamic so will be set in advance each year and clearly displayed on www.xtriwordltour.com.

2.3. X-Points will be awarded only for races finished.

2.4. We reserve the right to change the structure of the X-Points system at any time.

Use of Points:

3.1. Points can be used to enter our oversubscribed races. 100 points slots will be available for each and of those who enter, the 100 athletes with the highest balance will be offered a slot. This will include an allocation of at least 15% women.

3.2. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of slots based on unknown factors.

3.3. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.4. Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other athletes.

Use of the X-Points System:

4.1. You must use the system in accordance with these terms and conditions and any applicable laws and regulations.

4.2. You may not use the system for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

4.3. You may not use the system to harass, abuse, or harm other athletes.

4.4. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and/or access to the system if you violate these terms and conditions.
